Campus Sites in University of Basrah
- University of Basrah is distinguished by being the mother university for all public and private universities in the Basrah province, as it is the oldest university in the governorate. It provides services to more than four million people with multiple specializations, which requires that the campus be spread in different strategic locations in the province to expand the scope of services provided by the university.
- University of Basrah includes 5 broad campuses that spread out through the Basrah province.
- The university is currently heading to expand the campuses number by building new campuses in various locations in the province. Those campuses are Zubair, Shatt Al Arab, and Abu Al-Khasib. As a result, the total number of campus sites will be 8 campuses soon.
Karmat Ali Campus
Karmat Ali campus is the largest campus in the University of Basrah. It contains the majority of colleges, centers, and projects. The table below illustrates important information about this campus.
