The College of Law at the University of Basrah organized a scientific symposium on the legal protection of women from violence. The symposium included two lectures by Dr. Wafaa Yassin Negm and researcher Samia Abdel Razzaq, during which he explained the topics and causes of juvenile delinquency and juvenile homelessness and presented what is not included in the Iraqi Juvenile Welfare Law No. 76 of 1983 and the extent of the space in the issues of juveniles, delinquents, those exposed to delinquency, vagrants and deviant behaviour.
